As well as a 1200sq ft bonus room just off the pool deck with two bunk beds and sleeper sofa. Large formal dining room and breakfast nook for indoor eating. Two large tables for outside seating along with lounging chairs around pool deck.

Please take trash can to curb on Fridays for removal. Pool heat can be added for an additional $25/day. Contact host for pool heat setup. Please be courteous to our neighbors, No loud parties. Please empty sink and run the dishwasher before leaving. Please use septic safe toilet paper only. And most importantly call us with any concerns or problems so we can address them immediately and insure a great experience.

I don’t even know where to start. I’ll try and keep it quick. Jim and Jo were the best host I’ve ever had on Air bnb. Such friendly people. Very attentive to our needs. We’re always only a call or text away. The kind of people I would want to become personal friends with. The house… oh the house. It was amazing. Perfect for our lg family. Everything we needed was there. The beds were crazy comfortable. Everything was clean. Everything worked as it should. My kids, wife and I fell in love with the place. We couldn’t have found a better place. All in all it was a great time and the house met all our needs and wants. The hosts were so nice. I spoke to Jim a lot with questions and he was always happy to point me in the right direction. I was down there to get married. Jim and his wife had an absolutely beautiful gift sent to Brooke and I on our wedding day. Had my wife bawling. It was so thoughtful. If toure looking for a great place… you for sure found it.

We had a large family and we all loved it there! It’s been our favorite place yet we have rented on air b n b. The hosts were so awesome and kind and helpful! We loved every minute there and the home was huge and plenty big enough for our gang!! I’d definitely go back!! It was peaceful and we had privacy and no one bothered us! It was great all the way around! It had so many things for us to use too! We loved the pool table also . It had everything we wanted!

This house was perfect for our large family to spend time together at. They were on top of any hiccups we came across. It was nice to be on the waterway to connect to the bay. The pool and hottub was a nice perk along with being able play pool any time.

First off Jo and Jim were incredible host! Always ready to help. We had a couple of issues and they were on it and fixed them! They really cared that we had a great experience! Their home was huge and spacious and my family of 6 plus my parents made our selves at home. Swam in pool and enjoyed the hot tub, played board games and shot multiple games of pool. Cooked on the brand new grill and ate over looking the pool and canal, so peaceful! The saltwater canal they are on produced, Snook, Ladyfish and catfish for unlimited hours of fishing fun! Also they hooked a Tarpon, unfortunately it jumped off but what a sight! Also everyone enjoyed watching the manatee come in and swim around! Boys went kayaking through the canal and out to Lemon Bay which is only a few hundred yards away! The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbor on the garage side was extremely friendly too, even let the kids fish off his dock. Close to beautiful beaches and they had all the beach toys!

We stayed at Jim and Jo’s place over a month for a work trip and it was a wonderful stay for me and all of my coworkers. You seriously could not ask for more responsive, considerate AirBnB hosts. Staying anywhere for a month will inevitably bring some small issues up here and there and whenever they came up Jim and Jo were immediately available and resolved the issues as soon as physically possible. On top of that, they sent us two gifts as a thank you for being patient when those small issues came up. The house was comfortable for everyone that stayed in it and thanks to the pool table, dart board, pool and spa we all had a blast. We also golfed constantly at the many courses nearby. Overall, if you’re wondering if this will be a comfortable stay or if these are hosts you can trust, you are very much in luck. You’re going to have a lovely stay.

These guys were incredible! The home is amazing! So much to do right out the back door! Pool & Hot Tub we thoroughly enjoyed! They had an issue with their AC unit(now fixed) & not only got their electrician out quick but ended up offering us a discount without me even requesting it. Super good communication & would stay here again.
